🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Rich Tactix purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Limited Edition/Drop-exclusive items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to wear or misuse

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap a size or style, please return the item for a refund (if eligible), then place a new order.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email richtactix@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will make it right.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping charges (unless the issue was our fault).

7. International Orders

At this time, returns from international addresses may be limited. Please contact us for assistance before shipping anything back.
